South Polar Art: Art in Antarctica : Resquicios Al Sur

Abstract

International invited artists exhibition at the Contemporary Art Gallery of Xalapa, Mexico (20 April - 1st July 2013) and then at a second venue Exteresa Arte Actual Centro, Centro Historico, Mexico (27 September - 3 November 2013). St James exhibited a large installed drawing works consisting of 12 sections. These were works related to his research in Antarctica. They formed part of a group international exhibition curated by Andrea Juan (Head of Cultural Projects at The National Antarctic Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Buenos Aires, Argentina).
