| dc.description.abstract | A high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of rafoxanide and closantel in ovine plasma. Acetonitrile and chloroform were used for the extraction. The mean recoveries were 78.69% and 80.59% for rafoxanide and closantel, respectively. This method was applied to the characterization of rafoxanide plasma kinetics following oral administration of therapeutic doses to sheep. | en |
