dc.description.abstract"L’avenir (Looking Forward)" which will take place between October 21, 2014 and January 4, 2015. "Anna and the Tower : Multi Screen Video Installation" has been selected for exhibition as part of the Biennale. Curated by Gregory Burke, Peggy Gale, Lesley Johnstone and Mark Lanctôt, the 2014 edition of La Biennale de Montréal seeks to open up a space to explore how we imagine and trade on the future. It delves into the conditions that make certain futures possible while they foreclose others. The event will bring together the works of about 50 artists, on view at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Montreal (MACM) and in other downtown venues. It will also include a substantial bilingual catalogue, a bilingual Biennale guide (100-120 pages), a summit and an intricate program of talks, screenings and performances.en
