dc.description.abstractThis report on 'Digitalisation in the UK Service Industries' is based on empirical evidence, academic and policy insight, paying specific attention to national initiatives and policies. Following guidelines provided by ZSI -Centre for Social Innovation, Austria, the report focuses on three distinct policy clusters: service markets, service labour markets and company strategies and work organisation. It is one of five regional reports (Nordic, South European, Anglo-Saxon, Eastern and Continental European) contributing to a larger ZSI/UNI Europa EC- funded project titled "Shaping industrial relations in a digitalising services industry - challenges and opportunities for social partners"en
