Positive findings and guide new mentees to be effective future pharmacist leaders. Improve mentees’ perceptions and confidence in mentoring. Increased productivity and job satisfaction for both mentees and mentors. A valuable opportunity to interact with and support mentees. Grow and foster a lifelong learning relationship, and Participate in reflection.
