This talk has two parts, I think: what makes users of computer systems feel secure and a countermeasure for when that sense of security is unjustified. I'm clearly not Yuko; Yuko Murayama was actually a colleague of mine many years ago, and of Mike shortly after that, but she's unable to travel to Europe to present this paper because of the earthquake in Japan. So I'm going to do my best to explain the work that she's done.en
