Observations have been made of the infrared afterglow candidate to GRB 030115 (GCN 1818) using the SCUBA bolometer array on the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope located on Mauna Kea, Hawaii. The observations took place on January 18.41 - 18.50 UT under average but stable sky conditions. The source was not detected at 850 microns, with a 3-sigma upper limit of ~6 mJy
