The continuity of care : Should the six cs be seven?

Care; compassion; competence; communication; courage; commitment are the pillars of good care in a variety of settings by health professionals (NHS, 2013). But it is rather difficult to achieve these laudable aims without considering the continuity of nursing care as an overarching aspect of providing good health care in these six domains
