Abstract
The FADIC School of Antimicrobial Stewardship, established in 2018, aims to combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR) through innovative education and strategic interventions. Utilising an evidence-based approach, FADIC offers comprehensive training modules, covering systematic thinking, acute care, long-term care, and ambulatory care. The programme integrates guidelines, mentorship, case-based presentations, and roleplay simulations to enhance learning outcomes. Significant results include the development of effective stewardship policies, strategic plans, and dashboards. FADIC's efforts focus on empowering healthcare professionals to implement AMR strategies across various settings, ensuring sustained improvements in patient care and public health. Collaboration and knowledge dissemination are key to advancing global AMR mitigation efforts.
